A good engine can be started by stepping on the starter shift lever 2-3 times, and will not turn off under idling conditions, there is no noise, and the acceleration is very sensitive. . Afterwards, the gear-in check was carried out, and the gear was shifted from low-speed gear to high-speed gear step by step. The gear shift was smooth. There was no collision sound of gears in each gear during gear shifting, and there was no air leakage in the exhaust pipe nut, even if the quality was good. Finally, observe the color of the smoke from the muffler, light cyan is the best.

 

⑵The appearance of the car body. The layout is required to be reasonable, novel and beautiful, smooth and bright. The front and rear shock absorbers must be parallel and symmetrical to the front and rear tires. At the same time, various accessories and parts are required. In addition, the quality of painted and electroplated parts is not only the main factor that determines the beautiful appearance, but also plays a role in protecting the parts and reducing wear. The appearance of spray-painted parts must be well-proportioned, bright, and free of bumps.

 

⑶ Manipulating mechanism. The control mechanism includes many aspects, mainly the steering handle, clutch grip, throttle cord, front and rear brakes and other components should be checked. It is required that the elasticity of both sides of the front and rear shock absorbers is uniform and the same, the steering handle is flexible and reliable, the clutch grip and the throttle wire handle rotate freely, and the front and rear brakes are safe and reliable (return to the original position).

 

⑷ Electrical equipment. Check the working conditions of the headlights, direction lights, brake lights, instrument lights and the sound of the horn one by one. If there is no abnormality, the electrical appliances are normal. In addition, you can take the car back and forth several times, which feels very light and is a superior car. On the contrary, some parts encounter friction and generate resistance. It is also necessary to observe whether the front and rear shock absorbers and the engine are leaking oil stains, and whether the ride is comfortable.
